Welcome Dr. James Vang
June 04, 2026Park Dental is ecstatic to welcome Dr. James Vang! Dr. Vang is practicing at our Brookpark location.
Dr. Vang earned his bachelor of science in Biochemistry from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities in 2014. By 2021, he also obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota, School of Dentistry. In 2022, he completed a General Practice Residency at the Minneapolis VA Medical Center.
“I am a dentist because I am grateful to have the skills to improve the wellbeing of others. I want to help people be able to help themselves, even if it’s just their oral health. Ultimately, my goal for my patients is for them to avoid me as much as possible, meaning I have succeeded,” said Dr. Vang. He hopes that his patients will leave his care being more confident and comfortable with their teeth, with one less thing to worry about in their lives.
When Dr. Vang is not busy being a dentist, he enjoys the beautiful outdoors of Minnesota with his family and dogs. He is an avid cyclist and likes to de-stress at home as an aquarium enthusiast.
