Welcome Dr. Shimrit Cassuto

Park Dental is excited to welcome Dr. Shimrit Cassuto! She is practicing at our Plymouth Lakes location.

Dr. Cassuto earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 2018 at Southwest Minnesota State University and in 2025, obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry.

“I believe great dentistry starts with listening. I take the time to understand each patient’s concerns, explain their options clearly, and develop a treatment plan that aligns with their goals and supports their long-term health,” said Dr. Cassuto. Her goal is to help patients achieve lasting oral health in a comfortable, trusting environment where they always feel heard and respected. Her approach is centered on providing honest, ethical care while recognizing the connection between oral health and overall well-being.

Outside of the office, Dr. Cassuto enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, as well as traveling, reading, photography, and anything art-related!
