What made you choose dentistry?

The combination of working with my hands, artistry, and science.

What do you love most about being a dentist or what do you find the most rewarding?

I enjoy the people and making them laugh.

What’s your care/treatment philosophy?

Be honest and listen to people and care.

Is there a particular area of dentistry you enjoy the most or like to focus on?

I like the variety.

When did you start or how many years have you been with Park Dental?

21 years this summer.

What is one thing you love most about Park Dental?

The friendships I have formed with other long term team members.

What do you enjoy most about being part of a group practice?

Collaborating with other dentists.

What did you want to be when you were a kid?

A tennis professional.

What was your very first job?

Golf pro shop.

What do you like to do on your days off?

Spend time on Crosslake at our family cabin.

What’s your favorite food or drink?

Cookie dough ice cream.

Who is your hero or who inspires you?

My mother.

What is an interesting fact that people may not know about you?

I have a son who is 7 feet tall.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?

Australia.

What’s your favorite movie?

Wicked.

What’s your favorite genre of music to listen to?

Broadway musicals.

What are your hobbies?

Tennis, basketball, pickleball, running, swimming, bible studies, and cross country skiing.

What’s your favorite holiday?

Easter.

Do you speak any other languages?

French.

Are you scared of or have a fear of anything?

No!

What’s your favorite thing about living in Minnesota/Wisconsin?

The change of seasons.

Do you have any hidden talents?

Singing and dancing!

What’s your favorite season?

Love the fall.

What’s your favorite color?

PINK!

What’s your favorite animal?

The horse.

How many different states have you lived in?

3; North Dakota, Illinois, and Minnesota.

Any additional information you would like to share?

I have five children, 4 boys and 1 girl. My faith is the center of my life.
