I chose dentistry as my profession because I wanted to help educate people on the importance of their oral healthcare as well as provide them with essential treatments to lead a healthy life. I enjoy helping all of my patients with their dental needs whether it’s a simple exam or restoring their smile. My goal is to provide my patients with a positive dental home where they know their concerns will be listened to and addressed.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with friends, family and of course, my dog Millie. I love to travel and learn about new cultures, spend time biking, skiing and reading.

Dr Sara J-H is simply the best! She is a warm, friendly presence in what can sometimes be a harrowing experience! She and her team seem to communicate extremely well - which inspires confidence in a helpless patient. My advice: DON'T LOSE HER!!

I did not like the dentist at all. She was horrible, which is the reason that we canceled our pool next appointment and will not be coming back. She basically told me that this is what you shall do give no explanation no options. Nothing she was there for maybe five minutes not even when she first went to the room. She seem like she was going to be friendly but after that, when she was working on my teeth, it was very matter-of-fact and then just done. She had no interest in really listening to me at all. She did not include me in any decisions. She said this is what we are going to do. Like me options of what was available I had to ask and even then she did not talk about it. She did not talk about any of the other dental work. The hygienist mentioned with cavities. She was just not great, and I would never recommend her.

The dentist accommodated us to have the whole procedure done the same day. We had to wait till he was done with other patients but then he took care of my dad's issues.

My kids and I have had Dr. Sarah Jones-Witthuhn on several occasions now at our dentist visits and I continue to be underwhelmed with her demeanor, approach and understanding. For example, I asked her to not have the dental chair leaned back so far because it made me lightheaded. Her response was something like "she had to do what was best for her back because if she got a bad back, she couldn't work and I would have to go on unemployment." I was put off by that response after I explained to her that I have low blood pressure and recently passed out, but she didn't have intentions to accommodate, even though she has if I had any change in my medical history.

There was little communication between the hygienist and the dentist, which meant that I explained everything twice, which is not that much of a problem. Also, both the dentist and hygienist explained gave me suggestions for treatment and prevention which were worded in somewhat vague, noncommittal ways; I would prefer clear instructions.

The overall experience was the best I have had. I have neglected my dental hygiene for 10+ years. As the exam proceeded there was no judgment or "you need to" moments. only friendly, professional conversation and well explained options

Dr Sarah was extremely friendly and seemed to care about my health. She explained in great detail why a special prescription tooth paste would benefit my oral health. The hygienist was great! The front staff were courteous and so friendly too. I really enjoy coming to the dentist now. Park Dental in Chaska is overall top notch
