What I love the most about dentistry is being able not only to care for a patient’s dental needs, but also to provide them with the confidence to smile. I enjoy getting to know my patients and building life-long trust. I care for my patients in a compassionate and relaxed environment where they are well informed of their dental health and have input in developing their own treatment plan.

When I’m not practicing dentistry, I enjoy hanging out with my family and my dogs, and drinking milk & café (Vietnamese for coffee). I like to go camping with my family and try different foods from different countries.

She built nicely upon the foundation of my new experience with Dr. Bursch. Dr. Nguyen reviewed images of my teeth, described observations including bone mass and wear/tear (at age 68 years) then asked questions and made recommendations on a broad range of dental concerns appropriate toy needs for healthy teeth going forward. This was clearly one of the best dental exams I have experienced. The tooth photos were new to me and made the discussion even more information. Park has good technology!

What I appreciated most from my new dentist was when she touched translated what was in my X-rays to my actual teeth. As she was explaining where the concerns were, and what I needed to do, she was touching the spots on my teeth so I could easily know at home if I was focusing on the right areas (versus referring to my teeth in numeric code).

I am always impressed by the compassion and professionalism shown by thr staff here. For my procedure the doctor had wanted to use an in-mouth device to remove droplets, but it made me gag. The doctor and her staff were very accommodating and found an alternative that was much more comfortable. All staff are very concerned with patient comfort and making dental visits as relaxed as possible

Dr. Nguyen was very good. I had a 90 minute crown prep, and with the covid-19 precautions it was a tough appointment. Dr. Nguyen was a magician with the numbing agent, it didn't hurt a bit. She worked quickly yet thoroughly, and did an excellent job of explaining everything clearly when the procedure was over. I feel fortunate to have her as my dentist.

I also appreciated that while she recommended amalgam filling, she was willing to try a resin, even though it was difficult and did not ultimately work.

the doctor's use of words describing issue were hard to follow-hygienist explained better after she left. beside manner of dentist was marginal-felt like she was just there for the job and not too interested in building a relationship. I felt her tone was a little condescending when I showed concern about what she was telling me. However, first impressions do matter, and I was less than thrilled with the new dentist. I love my hygienist, so I will schedule next appointment with same dentist then decide about switching. I know th other dentists in the clinic so would likely stay at Park Dental.
