I have been practicing at Park Dental in Burnsville since 1992. I enjoy all of General Dentistry, especially Cosmetic/Aesthetic, where I have had additional training. I live in Minneapolis with my husband, Brent, and our two busy sons. I enjoy music and playing the piano and viola. When time permits, I enjoy reading, crossword puzzles, downhill skiing and trips up North.

The worst visit I have ever had. Dentist was paged 3 times prior to showing up. When she did come in she was in a huge rush and kept asking me about how I lost a bottom molar. I thought it might have been from the stress of braces but she didn't believe me. She then said I have bone deteriorating and I needed a specialist. Didn't say why that might happen. Is it from cancer or genetic. Nothing. She never said nice to meet you or anything g just walked away. Treated me like I was some meth head that lost their teeth which I am NOT. I feel very alone in trying to address my dental health concerns. I have an appointment with the specialist at the end of April. Hopefully they might be able to provide some answers. In the meantime I'm just trying to figure out if I should switch practices. If I try to move to another doctor now I will eat up coverage costs for new x-rays etc. Very disappointed.

This was first time I've seen this dentist filling in for reg. Dentist. Since no dental problems, her observations were minimal.

Time with the dentist was very short. On the phone it was explained that new patients spend 30 min with the dentist before the cleaning and that was why a longer apt was needed. That set an expectation that wasn't met and that I wouldn't have otherwise had.

Dr. Logan is the best too. Both my parents see Dr. Logan and her hygienist and recommended them to me. I am SO glad they did. On my first visit, I'd cracked a molar. Dr. Logan ID'd it as a filling that failed and fixed it with a new filling-it had felt like I had a Grand Canyon-sized hole in that tooth! I truly thought I'd need a root canal and crown. I would highly recommend Dr. Logan. She's kind, compassionate, responds to my fears and concerns, and is exceptionally skilled at repair when needed.

I've never had a dentist that can fill cavities without my gums/mouth being sore the next day - she's Awesome!! Dr. Logan is very professional and personal at the same time! Again, my gums never hurt where she put the needle in for the novicaine!!

The doctor came in and introduced herself. Did a very quick exam, then turned her back on me to the assistant for charting, then left the room without saying nice to meet you or I'm all finished. She just left the room. The assistant then turned to me and said well, I guess the exam is over. I think we were both taken a little aback my her behavior.

Dentist acted like she was in a rush. Looked over my teeth in 2 minutes and then acted like I was holding her back when trying to ask questions about options on a filling that fell out for the 2nd time. In all my other fillings that were done elsewhere, they have never fell out, and now the same filling has come out twice. Not very impressed overall and likely will be going elsewhere. Very disappointed.

I felt that the dentist never properly introduced herself to me. She never looked at me. She came in talked only with the hygienist, (who was wonderful), looked at all the x-rays that had been taken, but never spoke to me, never even looked in my mouth, which I felt, a quick three minute exam should have been done. Her recommendation was to go see an endodontist and a periodontist. That was it! I felt that the dentist was unprofessional! The hygienist on the other hand, was very professional, and very thorough in explaining everything to me.

This was my first experience with this dentist. I had some feelings and opinions and I'm not comfortable to share until I get to see for another visit. The dentist don't really take time to know you as an individual and I understand that they are busy. The checked the information, shared their concerns and recs and that was that. Not much opportunity for dialogue. I was referred and shared I wanted to have time to think about it as I was not expecting to have to have one teeth pulled and felt it was rushed.

I'm always surprised by how quickly the doctor is done examining my teeth & mouth, but I've always just taken that to mean the my dental hygienist has already done her job well and that the doctor is good at doing what she needs to do quickly.

The hygienist did most of the work, but the doctor reviewed briefly the hygienist's work and did a brief check when she came into the examination room. The doctor did not spend much time with me, but I am not sure that more time was necessary. Further, I think a good argument could be made that the office works well together as a team and utilizes properly each member's skill and time.
