What I enjoy most about dentistry is the ability to alter a person’s life quite dramatically. Impacting a smile creates such a positive change in a person. I have had patients tell me “they just can’t stop smiling now.” I chose dentistry because I wanted to work with my hands in a positive way. I wanted to fix what was broken and create new when the original just wasn’t working any more. 

Outside of the office I enjoy spending time with my family. Watching my children participate in sports is a favorite of mine. The pure joy they have when they make a great play is incredible to watch. Outdoor activities occupy most of my free time. Caring for the yard, garden, and house gives me a great sense of satisfaction that hard work pays off in the end. I also enjoy time at the lake fishing, swimming, or just boating.

When talking to someone for the first time, I'd like to see them. Dr. Hagstrom sat behind me and talked the whole time. I'd suggest face to face conversations to build new relationships.

not the doctor's fault. There was such extensive problems that it was confusing what was being done first and then the treatment for the missing teeth after the extraction. Dr did call to try to clarify things.

First time Dr. Hagstrom actually worked on my teeth. His arm and hand were very steady, and his movements very deliberate and unhurried, which I really liked.
