Away from the practice, I am an avid reader and gardener. I also enjoy many outdoor activities, especially bicycling, hiking, and traveling with my husband and children.

I'm sorry, but if a friend recommended this dentist to me, I would think that my friend hated me or something. There is NO WAY I would ever go back to this specific dentist with the way she works. I'm glad that she does her work and does it well, but working in the health field and working in a place where you have to talk to clients is not the place for someone like her. Nor was it the front desk lady. They were so unwelcoming and shall I use the word... Annoyed.

It was easy enough to resolve the issue I had. There is still some roughness, but as was explained, it is a careful balance of making the chip less noticeable and not causing further harm to the enamel.

Hygienist mentioned to the doctor about a 5mm pocket in my back molar at my wisdom tooth extraction site. Doctor completely ignored it, poked at my gums for 5 seconds, said all was good, and left. SO WEIRD. I will NEVER go back to see Dr. Brockman's Team again.

I usually have no problems with the dentists at Park Dental, but for some reason I felt like Dr. Brockman did not treat me with respect. Respecting a patient means informing them of what is going on. She did not tell me which tooth had a cavity and in fact I learned that the tooth with the cavity was actually a filling that fell out. When I expressed concern about my enamels she asked if I sucked on lemons. And when I said no, she said she couldn't help or did not know what was wrong. I understand that sometimes a professional cannot help but it came off as flippant. I really hope to avoid her care in the future and if I do get her, I probably will not share any concerns I have about my teeth.

Dr. Brock man was very personable. I don't have any significant dental issues, so we didn't talk long. But I really like her. I was with my last dentist for twenty years until he retired. I didn't like the place he sold the records to. I chose you folks because of location and good reviews from people in a community Facebook group. I'm planning to stick with Dr. Brockman and my hygienist!

She does not have a warm and inviting personality and comes into the room, does her 1 min exam (if it even lasts that long) and leaves. There is no personal connection between patient and doctor. In addition, if a concern is brought to her attention, he first mode of action is to refer to a specialist. It would be nice for the doctor to take 5 minutes and connect with the patient and come up with a few alternatives to try instead of referring to a specialist.

My first visit I had a very good exam of my teeth with many X Rays, I was asked questions about my health ( I'm 87 years old). I sent a request to my former Dentist for my records to be sent to Park Dental.

I know what I wanted but I was required by the practice to still go in for an initial visit before I could get my tooth extracted. It was a waste of time because everything the dentist told me I already knew. She looks like she was new. Again, I really thought it was a waste of my time off work just to go in in order to see the other dentist to extract my wisdom tooth. I already had two extracted there....now I'm going to get bill twice... :(
