What I love most about dentistry is getting to know patients and forming a complete picture of their oral health. There is real satisfaction in successfully treating patients and compassionately communicating what they can do to improve and maintain their oral health. I believe in providing comprehensive, preventative, and continuing care for patients.

Outside of Dentistry, my hobbies include sculpture, drawing and painting. I studied abroad in Tokyo, Japan, and later taught English in Fukushima, Japan after graduating college. I have an ongoing interest in Japanese art and culture. I also enjoy lifting weights and running.

Dr. Patterson was very informative during the cleaning. We talked about braces in a general discussion and even into the more current Invisalign. He was not promoting or selling, just answering my questions. He also explained throughout the cleaning and exam, what he was doing and why. I liked receiving that information.

We lost our previous dentist after 30 years. I did thorough research to find a new dentist's office. Last December was our first appointment at Park Dental. I am very pleased with the Clinic and Dr Patterson. Is very knowledgeable, professional, and informative. We will be staying with Park Dental for all our future dental needs.

He was so nice and very gentle when working on my teeth. He didn't make feel bad or like I was being judged on my dental hygiene. He helped ease my anxiety about the dental office. He's an awesome dentist!
