I love all aspects of General Dentistry and quality patient care. In particular, I enjoy the personal interaction with my patients and their families. I have a special interest in Orthodontia and Cosmetics, but my greatest gratification comes from not only creating the smile that patients desire but also helping them make honest and informed decisions about their treatment. I believe my strengths are my good sense of humor and my ability to relate to and comfort people of various ethnic backgrounds. I am fluent in my native language Vietnamese. Away from the office, my favorite pastimes include automotive work, home improvement, photography, cycling, camping, fishing, boating, traveling, and most of all, spending time with my family.

Was just told my wisdom tooth (which wasn't bothering me at all) should be taken out or else it would eventually get infected. The fact that this is a significant procedure with relatively lengthy recovery and it's own risks of infection was not mentioned.

Dr. Lam was great about listening to my concerns about a root canal. He took extra time to make sure all of my questions were answered before proceeding. He was thorough, but gentle in all procedures. Dr. Lam has a very calming voice and he worked well with his assistant, Sunni. She was very proficient as well. They had quiet conversation during my root canal, which helped me to feel calmer. Highly recommend them both.
