I enjoy practicing general dentistry because it allows me to build relationships with the patients and families I treat as I work to improve their oral health. I believe in providing quality, patient-centered care and enjoy furthering my knowledge with continuing education and collaborating with my colleagues at Park Dental.

Outside of practice I enjoy spending time with my wife and our dog as well as staying active. I love playing basketball, working to improve my golf game, camping, hiking, biking, and pretty much anything else outdoors. I moved to Minnesota in 2017 and I am greatly enjoying experiencing everything it has to offer.

I think the dentist was on a bad mood the day of my visit. Usually he is super nice and receptive, maybe the day of my visit he was having a bad day. I hope was just that day. I'm planning go back on six months. I'm looking forward to a better experience.

Not kid friendly. Made no effort to put my child at ease. Even made a snappy remark when my kid was clearly nervous and unsure of what was happening due to lack of communication from the dentist.

I have in the past had very great experiences with this dentist. However, this time he seemed very distracted and unhappy to be there, almost as if we were a bother. He wasn't rude, just very short and clipped with responses.

The dentist was extremely good at explaining what it was that he was doing as he examined me, or what it was that he found. His questions and answers were very understandable to me, a lay person, and I felt that he addressed all my concerns and options very clearly. Plus, he was very personable and open to any thoughts or questions that I might have. Just excellent!

He told me I had more cavities than my regular dentist said I had. He made it seem like my teeth were in terrible shape. He didn't really care when I said I was hard to numb up. I started feeling pain halfway through but didn't say anything because it is easier to cope with the pain than deal with the scoffs. He did work quickly which was appreciated because I didn't want to be there any longer than I needed to be.

Very brief time with the dentist. I don't have any issues so I was not concerned with it. However, since this was the first time I went to this dentist, a little more time would have been nice. I think they were busy and because I don't have any issues it was easy for him to pop in and pop out quickly.

The dentist didn't even look in my mouth. He stood in front of me and basically talked down to me. I know I have issues with my teeth, that is why I was there. I have a loose tooth front lower that really needs to be address soon. Periodontist visit coming or not. Help me make a plan instead of saying basically "I'm not doing anything till you see a periodontist first" This is why majority of people don't like visiting the dentist. They make you feel small and worthless. I not saying I am not to blame for my condition but I wasn't happy with how I was treated by the dentist at all. Felt like I was bothering him. Hopefully next visit goes better or I will look for a different dentist. The reason I came here is due to my dentist retired during the COVID shutdown.

As a first time patient I was frustrated with the assumptions made about the state of my mouth. I had not been to a dentist in 5 yrs due to lack of insurance and multiple times the dr. made comments about how I most likely would have gingivitis (the hygienist was behind so I saw the dr before my cleaning). He doesn't know me, my hygiene habits or my teeth. I would have preferred he simply did his exam and THEN commented on the state of my mouth, rather than make assumptions based on the fact I hadn't been to a dentist for a while (I had explained it was due to insurance but that didn't seem to matter).

I was hoping the doc would have discussed more natural recommendations for remineralizing my kid's watch spots, but he didn't seem to have knowledge about tooth powder or oil pulling. He recommended a mouthwash but we just aren't thrilled about the ingredients or flouride on a daily basis. This won't stop us from returning but I will be researching some other options on my own.
