I enjoy working with patients not only to help them understand their current dental health needs, but to work with them to find a solution that best fits their situation. Being a dentist has been a very rewarding career primarily because of the people I’ve had the chance to meet.

Outside of the office I enjoy spending time with my wife, three children and two dogs. My hobbies include running, biking and travel.

My husband had a stroke and has aphasia. The doctor talked to me, but I believe Sig was able to understand all the ramifications. Dr. Nomeland spoke carefully about the exam and the pros and cons to some treatments. Instead of a return visit we are already coming in for a dental hygiene appt in two months.

My dentist did an excellent job of explaining proposed treatment for a tooth that needed pulling. He recommended an excellent oral surgeon. And my dentist had a "flipper" tooth made for me that is working just great. I received excellent dental care from the very beginning to the last detail. Very good experience.

Dr. Nomeland does a great job of explaining the process in a way that eases my anxiety. Specifically, he lets me know what noise the drill will make when he switches drills and that really helps me. He is very kind and listens to my concerns. When I ask for adjustments on previous work, he works with me to make sure my bite is correct. He does a great job of explaining risk of treatment for different teeth and also letting me know when a procedure has low risk.
