I believe in caring for the whole person—not just their teeth. That begins with taking the time to truly understand each patient’s personal goals, lifestyle, and past dental experiences. From there, I work to gain a clear and complete picture of each person’s current oral and overall health. By putting all this information together, I’m able to make thoughtful, personal recommendations for both immediate and long-term dental care.
My approach prioritizes urgent dental needs first, then focuses on managing any ongoing conditions, and finally emphasizes a strong preventive foundation to protect health and stop disease before it starts. Patient education is central to everything I do. I believe that trust is built through understanding, open communication, and shared decision-making—so patients feel empowered to take an active role in their care.
My ultimate goal for every patient is lifelong health—both orally and systemically. What happens in the mouth is closely connected to overall health, and many systemic conditions can show early signs in the oral cavity. Likewise, many dental issues begin in childhood, which is why early, and consistent dental care is so important. With healthy habits and timely treatment when needed, it is possible to maintain strong teeth and gums for a lifetime. This foundation supports the ability to chew comfortably, smile confidently, breathe and sleep well, and truly enjoy life.
My family is the heart of everything I do, and being a mom to two young girls is my greatest joy. My husband and I have called Duluth home since 2017, after moving here from St. Louis Park. We fell in love with Duluth’s natural beauty and endless opportunities to enjoy the outdoors.
As a family, we love spending time outside, and when I’m not chasing kids or keeping up around the house, you’ll often find me cross-country skiing, trail running, or unwinding in a sauna or hot yoga class. We also spend a lot of time in the kitchen cooking and sharing meals—because we truly believe that nourishing, delicious food is the foundation for feeling our best and living life fully.
