1. Brush & Floss!
Flossing before you brush your teeth is a great practice to help keep your gums healthy. The American Dental Association (ADA) recommends brushing your teeth twice daily for two minutes with a fluoride toothpaste. They also recommend flossing once a day to help maintain good oral health.
2. Try out an Oral Rinse
An oral rinse is something you might like to add to your oral health routine. Speak with your Park Dental dentist at your next appointment to determine if this is a step you should add to your daily routine.
3. Visit Your Park Dental Dentist
The ADA encourages both children and adults to visit their dentist every 6 months for a check up. Your dentist will check for any dental concerns and create a plan for you to maintain a healthy and happy smile.
