Be Our Rockstar of the Month
In addition to receiving a Kids Club Certificate after your child has a great appointment, he or she will also be eligible to be our Rockstar of the Month!
One winner each month will win a stuffed Parker puppy plus either a kids Sonicare toothbrush or a gift card.
Children age 15 and younger are eligible to enter after a valid appointment. Monthly drawing will take place the first week of the following month.
