Become a Patient Care Coordinator at Park Dental

Patient Care Coordinator is an important role in working with our Doctor teams. You will check-in patients, schedule patient appointments using a scheduling software, verify dental insurance, answer insurance and billing questions, and oversee patient account management.

The ideal candidate for this position should be/have:

  • Passionate about providing patient-centered care
  • Strong computer and telephone skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and demanding work environment
  • Proven ability to provide great customer service
  • Excellent communicator and strong team player
  • The ability to work effectively with a professional team
