Second Harvest Heartland and The Great Pump-Can
Donations from Park Dental assisted a local architectural design firm, Ellerbe Beckett, Inc., an AECOM Company's participation in Canstruction a design-build competition at the Mall of America showcasing the talents of local design and construction industry professionals. Proceeds from this event benefit Second Harvest Heartland. Teams are given one day to build sculptures using thousands of filled cans of food. The structures raise public awareness of those who are hungry and in need. All of the food is donated to Second Harvest Heartland.
