Why should I choose Park Dental for my practice transition?
Park Dental works with you to meet all of your goals and objectives. Whether you are planning to retire soon or looking for a solution that allows you to focus on patient care, we help create the plan that ensures your needs and the needs of your patients are met.
How is Park Dental different from other group dental organizations?
Park Dental is truly dentist owned, dentist managed and dentist operated. There is no outside management firm or equity partner. We are dentists who want to focus on providing the best care for our patients.
What are the benefits of transitioning my practice to a group practice?
As a dental group, we have the resources to support you throughout the transition process. Park Dental doctors and patients benefit from standardized patient records, patient care protocols and state-of-the-art facilities and equipment. If you choose to continue practicing with Park Dental, you will have the opportunity to work cooperatively with exceptional dental colleagues who share best practices and continually strive to enhance patient care – adding value to your practice and your patients.
Who are the lead decision-makers within Park Dental today?
Park Dental is truly dentist owned, dentist managed and dentist operated. Doctors are responsible for all business decisions. The group is led by a board consisting only of doctors who are elected by other shareholder doctors.
If I’m not currently looking to retire, what would be the value of transitioning my practice to Park Dental?
Park Dental can provide you with the financial security of selling your practice and the flexibility to continue to practice dentistry so you can transition on your timeline. Working as a Park Dental doctor, you will have all the resources of an experienced group practice, allowing you to provide even better care for your patients.
What will happen to my patients when I retire?
Your patients will continue to receive exceptional care at all stages of the transition and beyond. Whether you choose to continue to practice as a Park Dental doctor or retire immediately following your transition, the care of your patients will remain the highest priority of the practice.
Park Dental’s commitment to best practices and standards of care helps ensure quality outcomes for all patients. Our doctors improve service through information sharing and collaboration so our patients receive top-notch care and better health. Your patients will be in good hands at Park Dental.
How does the transition process work?
Park Dental is a one-stop shop for practice transition. Park Dental simplifies the process of practice transition for dentists. First, both parties agree to enter into detailed practice transition discussions and a confidentiality agreement is signed. Then, information is shared and reviewed in a due diligence process. If both parties agree to transition the practice as discussed after due diligence is completed, a Letter of Intent is signed by both parties. Legal documents are prepared to accomplish the agreement and, finally, the parties close on the agreement.
