The only reason I wouldn't recommend Dr. Hermanson to others is simply due to my not wanting to "share her," which might impact my ability to get an appointment with her (hahaha). She is also always pleasant, professional and kind. She and Phana are a perfect team.

Dr. Sarah Hermanson is really patient and explains the things in great detail. I had issues (I still have issues) with filling done on right upper side by some other dentist in the park dental clinic but Dr. Sarah not only explained me what the issue was but also helped with correction treatment free of cost. I am very happy with the fillings she did on my left hand side and going to recommend same dentist to my Husband as well who is also park dental patient.

It's the first time I have not felt minimized or judged at a dental appt. I work so hard on my hygiene and have always had to have fillings. I now know that previous offices were just wanting me to pay for areas that could be watch areas and that is why I lost trust. I loved my experience with this clinic and Dr. I was praised for my hygiene and appreciate a conservative approach to dentistry. I have finally found a "home" for my dental care.

She was late and not very friendly. I don't know if she was trying to be respectful of my time because I waited so long for her to arrive and she was trying to be efficient with the little time we had, or if she was purposely being rude and just trying to get my appointment completed as fast as possible. Prior to hear arriving I could hear her being very friendly and personable with the guy she treated prior to me. My interaction with her was very different than what I heard from her with the other patient.

Dr. Hermanson is very attentive to concerns. I had a night guard made here a year ago with her. It was giving me discomfort and actually increasing my grinding issue. Jaw was very sore in the morning which was never the case before the night guard. She listened to exactly the discomfort and worked with me to have a new one made, it works SO much better and I thank her for the extra time she spent with me to get it right rather than just say go to a specialist. Great Doctor!!!

The wait time between the cleaning and seeing the Dentist was about 30 minuets and she looked at my teeth for about 5 minuets. I was very frustrated and feel this is disrespectful of my time. The wait time to be seen by the Dentist after the cleaning has been long more than once. I'm getting to the point of wanting to go to a new clinic.

I believe the overall treatment was just fine. i had gone in for a filling and it was done/treated. The reason for my poor selection is that, the doctor does not explain what she is doing or take the time to check in if everything was ok at the end. I feel she just moves on to the next patient etc with showing me what she had done.

after cleaning was completed needed to wait 15 min before doctor came in for exam. seems like an efficient system can be implemented to reduce this dead time or at least don't leave the patient alone for that long. the hygenist left during much of that time.
