I had broken my upper partial biting into a Hot dog in a Bun on Saturday. I seen the dentist on Monday early morning and explained to her, and that I needed it back by Thursday at the latest as I was teaching a Class early Friday AM and all day on Friday, in Rochester MN. The Dr. Went above and beyond to make sure I had the Appliance back, and in my mouth, even during the snowstorm we were experiencing those three days. I am very appreciative of the Dental team and staff who Helped me out to get this accomplished. I have had nothing but good care and involvement in my dental appointments with this Practice. I appreciate how another Dentis and team pitched in and helped me out so very much. Dr Thompson is my dentist I typically see however, he and his team were working a Different Shift these days, which he and his team have always been Great as well. Having worked with another team now and seeing the patience and care the entire office, from the Front-end staff doing the Scheduling and other things to the teams of dentists and all the assistants in dental care, I will continue to recommend people to go to this site and the practice, for all their dental Needs.

I have had a lot of Dental Issues since I was the second of two born as I am a Twin, born a long time ago with medical and dental issues from a very young age, In fact I have had a Upper and Lower Partial since I was in 5th Grade on the advice of previous dental offices, who were only looking at thigs in a Short term plan or window. This Is not a good thing for the rest of the teeth either, but my parents did as the Dentist suggested back then, however there were other ways to do things that did not require a partial that beet the Heck out of the rest of the teeth as a person grows and their mouth changes. So Yes, I have seen my share of dentist offices who have tried to "help". However, when I first came to Park Dental and seen Dr. Thompson and the staff, I knew I was experiencing something much different and in a much better way. They have never stopped amazing me in how they work with the patient, and not just work on the patient, as so many other medical and dental practices do these days. I have referred several of my family members and friends to see Park Dental and Dr. Thompson because they do listen, they don't judge, and I feel I am part of the treatment plan. Thank you so Much Park Dental and Dr. Thompson for all you have helped me with over the years to savage my dental issues with my mouth and keeping me in on the decision making process of the Long term dental Plan

It was a pretty quick diagnoses of Tooth Resorption. I am not sure if it something that easy, quick look at the Xray, and here is a pamphlet for an oral surgeon. Made me wonder if I need a second opinion. Not trying to be critical, just sharing my experience, but the discussion was pretty straight forward and casual. Would have liked to learn a bit more about it's impact, potential to impact other teeth, is there anything I can do to help prevent it, etc.

this was our first visiting with my 3 children and the staff was amazing. my kids were nervous to go but the hygienist made them feel special and at ease. my kids left excited about keeping there teeth healthy. I have never had such a kind and caring dentist. He took extensive time to ensure that my treatment (root canal) was set up for that day by personally connecting with the Dr. who would be doing the procedure. He checked on me several times as he worked out the details of the appointment with the other office and made me feel comfortable as I waited. His compassion should be commended.

So impressed! No pain at all. No discomfort! No need for any topical or injection for numbing of the area. I needed to have a cavity filled. I barely felt anything. The whole procedure from the time I entered the lobby until I reached my car to leave was 20 minutes!!!! WOW! Amazing! Well done!
