I have been seen by Park Dental for many years ... I was first seen by Dr. Murn, back in the early 1970's when Park Dental was in its' infancy, and known as Brookpark Dental. I expect that Park Dental will remain my 'go-to' brand for dental care in my ensuing years.

I really appreciate the help and fitting my son in for an appointment. Would like more explanation of the findings and treatment plan before starting treatment. Would like things explained to my child and consent before treatment. The dentist was very nice though and explained things after the treatment.

I had to reschedule my appointment with another dentist and hygienist rather then my regular dentist and hygienist, Dr. Rosenthal who is my regular dentist was In that day and seen I was on the schedule, she came in and did my exam which I thought was very thoughtful. She has been my dentist for years and I would highly recommend her.

I switched dentists because of unneeded work recommendations and poor work, poor consultations. Park Dental deemed my teeth in pretty good shape for my age. No fillings or crowns necessary at this time. Both the Dentist and Hygienist were great and honest.

I was pleased with my overall experience at this appointment, I will be back and I have no plans of changing dentist's. But there was one aspect of my care that seemed like a tremendous oversight that I want to call out: At no point, ever, during my examine did either the hygienist or the doctor ask If I was comfortable. The only time that this really was an Issue for me was when I was put into the chair and rocked back into the position needed for the examine. The headrest was never adjusted and I was not asked If I was in a good position or comfortable. I wasn't comfortable and I certainly could have said something but it wasn't so bad that I was truly bothered, rather, it highlighted that no one asked at any point if I was comfortable. Seemed odd to me. Again, not the end of the world, I was fine, but I do believe it was an oversight and one that you would want called out so that you could correct it.

The dentist looked over my teeth and x-rays while having a side conversation with the hygienist. Didn't tell me if my brushing or flossing was good or not. Just walked away. Made me feel like another $$ to the clinic versus a patient.

The doctor was awkward, unfriendly and came across as a little aloof and uncaring. Barely told me that I had no cavities, and I'm pretty sure she left the room without a proper goodbye. Surprised if people see her more than once. Really poor bedside manner. Seemed dumbfounded about a question I had regarding my teeth. Just not a great experience with her at all.

She really didn't acknowledge I was in the chair for a while then acted.surprised I was in there. while reviewing the xray she stated she couldn't tell what tooth she was looking at. I tried to ask about options regarding another procedure I am needing unrealayed to the root canal I originally went for but she either wouldn't or couldn't answer the questions and just side stepped them.
