We discussed a cold sensitivity near a specific tooth and he asked more specifics about the symptoms. Nothing was found during the exam. He suggested I try sensodyne to lessen the sensitivity.

I'm sure Dr. Maroney is great for most, but we're not a good fit. I have two dental implants that give me trouble, and I haven't felt reassured by him either time I've seen him. The hygienist discovered one of my crowns is slightly loose (which I've had trouble with before) and his response was "That might just be the way it is. I don't know what to do with that. Go see your prosthodontist if you have problems." Not very reassuring or helpfulI think I need someone who knows more about implants and will be seeking a different dentist.

Dr. Maroney is everything a person could want in a dentist. He is kind, professional, personable, and continues to learn and discuss options, while making suggestions. When I need work done, like a crown, or a bridge, he is very gentle and concerned about making me comfortable. He is a perfectionist, making sure my bite is back to normal. I am not worried about upcoming procedures, as I trust him completely! Thank you!

Dr Mulroney is among one of the best dentists that have treated me; he is very knowledgeable of his work and completes all dental care in a timely manner and has always been professional. I continue to recommend him to many people that I know. unfortunately due to the distance from St Paul, where I reside, many choose not to do the drive to Champlin. I however will continue to drive to Champlin for all my dental needs.

I felt that the Dr. lacked confidence in answering my concerns about the condition of my front "short" teeth. I feel like I need a second opinion. Because I grind my teeth it feels rough but a slight sanding doesn't seem to make the feeling go away. How can my teeth be structurally healthy if they feel uncomfortable to me?

He was very disrespectful to my hygienist. Interrupted our cleaning. Questioned if she knew how to take a BP. He thinks he is better than the rest of us. He might be an excellent dentist with skills. BUT...I do not appreciate a condescending personality. I will make sure I never get scheduled with him again. He is NOT better than the rest of us. Luckily I needed no work.
