I have been practicing dentistry at Park Dental since 1989. I am fortunate to work with a team dedicated to quality patient care. I enjoy all aspects of general dentistry, and I particularly enjoy interacting with my patients and getting to know them personally. Outside of the office, I enjoy gardening, golfing, walking, and doing pilates. My husband and I spend much of our free time watching our two children play high school and college sports.

I don't feel Dr. Riester spent enough time to explain to me what's going on with the my tooth that I went in to do a filing for, or listen to my concerns, or asked me if I had questions. She didn't warm me what could happen possibly afterwards and what I should do if there is pain. The pain lasted for a week and it's there a week later. I called and I was able to go in for an "adjustment" with the same doctor (Dr. Riester), and again she didn't spent time to explain why there is still pain and listen to my concern, rather she rushed and did an "adjustment" very quickly, In a few minutes. I was under the Impression that she was In such a hurry and just wanted to get rid of me, although I was still having concerns as It was so hurtful when she made the adjustment, as usually a filling doesn't hurt this much and the aftermath pain, If there Is any, doesn't usually last this long. But I was not given the time to ask these questions and raise concerns. So a day later today the pain Is till there. I called again and this time she said It's some sort of tooth wear which can last for a while and suggested I go buy a "sensitive" tooth paste. I asked if I should take pain killer, and she said yes. I wondered why she didn't give me all of these information when I was in the office twice. I feel very disappointed right now as I feel my dentist has not been very responsible, and caring, and I am not sure If I can still trust her.

Dr. Riester usually sounds disappointed when she tells me that she found no issues in my X-rays--as if she was hoping I'd need more work. Also, when I asked if she could do anything about a close contact area between two molars where my dental floss often shreds, she laughed and said "live with It." She's been my dentist for many years and I like her, but she seems cavalier about my care.

This visit was to deliver my night guard. I had previously been fitted and the device was painful and didn't fit properly. While inconvenient to have to come back, I SO appreciated Dr. Riester's commitment to get it right. During the appointment she took the time needed to adjust and be sure everything fit properly. I was so impressed that she stressed that if I had any discomfort later to come back and we'd readjust. This made me feel at ease and gave me confidence in the commitment to get it right. Dr. Riester is not my normal dentist, but I would definitely see her again and highly recommend her.

I had been with one dentist for 30 years. He retired. It was hard for me to deal with looking for a new dentist. I was very happy with this first visit. Fortunately, I did not require any services besides examination and making an appointment for a cleaning.

I am very impressed with Dr. Riester and her team. In the last two weeks, I have received a typical teeth cleaning and a couple fillings. Dr. Reister's bedside manner and skill literally has assuaged much of my apprehension in going to the dentist. I almost literally would have taken preemptive fillings for how painless and skillfully the scheduled procedure went. I will most surely recommend Dr. Reister to friends and family. Thank you.

I've been working with Dr. Riester for over 15 years. I recommend her to anyone who is hesitant to see a dentist. Dr. Riester, her hygienist, and I have worked together to take me from being someone who hadn't seen a dentist in decades and had significant dental problems to someone with beautiful, healthy teeth and gums who sees the dentist regularly (and flosses daily!). They're both incredible and I'm grateful to know them.

It was interesting because the doctor who saw me was filling in for a doctor I was seeing for the first time, as my original doctor is at a different clinic now. The new dentist was familiar with my case and stepped in like she had always been there... but how?!
