Doctor Owned

Presently over 85 doctors practice dentistry at 23 locations in the Twin Cities metro area. The majority of our doctors are shareholders, many of whom support other doctors through mentoring, leadership, and training.

Doctor Led

Our doctors lead our practices and make our patients the number one focus. A doctor is always available, including after hours for any unexpected needs.

Each doctor influences the direction for the group and assures that all policies and decisions are in the patients’ best interest. Every day they demonstrate their commitment to make Park Dental an exceptional dental practice and a rewarding place to work.

Experience and Longevity of Service

Our doctors have been with Park Dental for an average of 14 years. Many doctors have remained at Park Dental for the duration of their professional careers – even up to 35 years!

You can expect that every doctor and clinical team member is fully credentialed and licensed (as the position requires), is reviewed by peers and quality assurance processes, and is always learning and improving. Because retention is high, our doctors and their teams become familiar faces to patients, expectations are clear, and patients experience a high level of service excellence.

Effective Team Approach

Each doctor team consists of one doctor and his or her team of dental hygienists, dental assistants, a scheduling manager, and a practice manager. Many teams have been together for years, which helps our practices run smoothly.

While each team has its own unique personality, we maintain the consistency and commitment to service excellence that characterizes all of the practices at Park Dental.

Collaboration Produces the Best Results

Collaboration characterizes Park Dental. Each location has at least two doctors, with some locations having up to eight. Since our founding in 1972, we’ve held the belief that collaboration between professionals produces better care for the patient.

Doctors and team members capitalize on each other’s strengths and learn from each other by sharing knowledge, experiences, and treatment plans. They debate, discuss, and work together on behalf of our patients every day, becoming more proficient in their profession. We believe this collaborative process helps ensure our patients receive the best possible care.
